I am a user experience designer from Latvia, Europe…
… with 3 years of experience designing digital products.
Currently I work with an international NGO Sightsavers where I provide insights in user needs and branding research as a design researcher.
Colleagues and personality tests say I am strong in organizing people and information, value honesty and teamwork and strive for providing value, not busy work.

I have fallen in love with user experience design. I feel lucky to have a chance of peeking into other people’s lives and minds. The ability to solve complex challenges with practical and elegant solutions is what makes me happy at the end of the day.
My past experiences in design and other IT roles have taught me how to balance business goals and engineering constraints while unrelentingly advocating for user needs. And a degree in Physics gave me the scientist mindset - systematic, rational and creative thought process.
Outside of work, I try to keep life in balance with an active lifestyle and geeky entertainment.
